Players who might improve us

Maybe we need a few more of them.

We absolutely do. Apart from Erling we have a team full of soft lads, far too nice and quiet, heads go down when we concede or someone gets stuck in.

What players are there around these days like John Terry, Dennis Wise, Patrick Vieira, Keown, Adams, Edgar Davids … Does anyone play like that anymore, everyone is a soft ****.

Bring back Felix Nmecha, an exceptional talent, Dortmund would let him go for £35 mil
Not sure I'd say he's an "exceptional talent" but he's a very good player, would add a lot to this team that we lack and would count towards our home-grown quota (right?)

May be a smart bit of business, maybe Gravenberch lite, surely there is some value out there for us

Been reffed out of the game - that's why there aren't any out there

He’s got all the physical attributes needed to be a massive success, if he could learn how to dictate a game from Rodri he’d be a colossus. I also think Schlotterbeck would be a fantastic Pep CB - tall, quick, accurate long balls, 100 passes a game.

Both coming into their prime, and if £35mil for Nmecha is on the cards, £90mil for both should be doable. Would be a massive upgrade in terms of pace and energy and give us more rotation options (Gvardiol/Stones at DM, Gundogan being pushed further up etc).
