What's the rest of the acronym stand for ?

Hazards - to the patient and others. Where possible remove the hazard from the patient or the patient from the hazard (such as a fire).
History - Events leading up the accident (looking for potential mechanisms of injury to aid primary/secondary survey) essentially 'what happened'?
Reponses - Is the patient responsive to external stimuli (voice, touch, pain)?
Airway - Check, maintain and clear the patients airway.
Breathing - Is the patient breathing?
Circulation - Is the patients circulatory system functioning (do they have a pulse)?

That's the acronym I worked from.

LOL.....Pompey has it's areas like all Cities do, but theirs is very small and certainly wouldn't make the top 20 'roughest' in England, not by a long shot!

Plymouth is rough as fuck

Most areas of Plymouth are in the most deprived areas of Britain list. I lived on Devonport Road and parts of it were okay. The Barbican, Hoe areas were decent but Stonehouse, St Budeaux were poor and neglected.

I was alluding to why such a "backwater" for such an incident but its becoming more clear as to a possible motive.

Out in Devon. St Davids is a city - it has a population of 1600. If someone or some organisation wanted to make a splash they would not choose Plymouth ... Devonport or Portsmouth would be more likely targets but anyway such thoughts seem to be redundant with news coming out of Plymouth tonight -
