Watching the highlights of some teams and i asked myself can we really competite?,i got scared when i watched how PSG crumble Olympiakos to pieces with no mercy and could we have won by that margin?.i hopeful but the mind is not too confident with the squad.

Kolorov never found a city player with the ball for the third game on the bounce. The gap between him and clichy is huge.

Wasn't it him that put the cross in that Dzeko headed straight at the keeper? My stream was being weird, so it might have been someone else.

It was. But he was really poor overall.

I was out so not had a chance to watch the game yet but according to the BBC Plzen had 72% possession??

Surely this can't be correct!

PSG won 4-1, we won 3-0 so what's the difference ? We did our 3-0 in just 12 minutes, what more do you want ?

Well, Plzen beat Napoli 3-0 and 2-0, and Atletico Madrid 1-0 just last season. They have sold one key player since then but no one else. They looked quite dangerous on the break but we defended well.

Reported on most other sites I've read to be around 60% in our favor, which seems correct.


Didn't get to see much of the match due to a dodgy internet connection so I can't comment on the performance, but by all accounts it seems like we played okay and I'll take 3 points any from home any day. Cannot wait for the derby.

I have to agree,Plzen were a very very poor side who I always felt we would beat.
It's good to get off to a winning start but let's see how the real tests go in the coming 2/3 wks as this was far from one.
