Police yesterday

We went in Sinclairs. We weren't allowed to sit outside and there was strictly no singing allowed inside. The minute someone started singing the bouncers were straight inside telling people to shut up.
Tried getting some vodka miniatures from Tesco to add to coke while waiting for the parade. Police had stopped them from selling alcohol between 2-6pm. It was 1.55, the alcohol aisles had been cordoned off and I was told that unless I had got round the cordoned aisles and got through checkout before 2pm I couldn't have them. No fooking chance, the checkouts were packed. If I'd known I'd have taken some with me:-(

To be fair all the coppers i saw were relaxed and decent due to a lack of any hassle at all.
What did get me was the bouncers not letting shirts in as said already.
A big fuck you to that jobsworth bitter rag dyke (she really is a dyke thats not a slur) on baabaa doors near canal street.
Even when people swapped colours for a regular top and stuffed tops away we were still not allowed in.
Squirtyflower, i have your shirt hostage sir, i'll wash it and drop it of for you mate.

Its ridiculous really. Everyone there would be wearing city tops, no united fans would turn up, what do they think is gonna happen? Two people see each other in a pub with the same shirt on and start pinting each other cause their dress code clashed? Ridiculous. I understand the ruling normally, but on a parade day where the only people about will be the fans of one team? Its ludicrous.

Got to town about midday, aimed for sinclairs and had one in there...but we were told we couldn't drink outside, the beer garden was completely shut off all day.
It's not the biggest of places to stand inside as it is, was a lovely day yesterday, and they could have made a fortune. I imagine it was the police' orders though?
Ended up in lloyds bar all day and night, the bouncers were really relaxed in there and let us have a sing song.
