Rang the phone again another 10 mins cos automated I get through spoke again said my bail was 3pm now it’s nearly 4pm… I eventually got a call back from a Sargent saying he’ll be a couple minutes sorting paper work and he’ll be down……. 1 hour and 15 minutes later nothing and 4 more calls on that shit phone outside police station!!!! I rang my solicitor said not waiting outside any longer I’m going was here for 3 hours… my solicitor is putting a complaint in for me but said I could get arrested early hours as breached my terms???!! Any advice..
Don’t do whatever you did in the first place might be a start.

As an aside to this a local bar who’s owner I know was targeted by two lads for unknown reasons at this time with bricks through the windows, on the first occasion the coppers didn’t even get out the van on the second the police woman who attended couldn’t even be bothered to look at the cctv and basically said what do you want us to do! She then said don’t put it on social media it might aggravate the situation, he has done and you can clearly see the faces of the the two lads! Fucking useless springs to mind.

But in reply to Sutty..

If this is pre-charge bail...there is no such thing.

You are either Released under investigation (RUI) which attracts zero bail conditions OR you are released on bail WITH conditions (usually given the legal limit of 3 months). Eg, no contact with complainant etc.

Therefore, those conditions may well still apply-it can be argued that your conditions have lapsed due to you attending at the required time and that time has passed OR the OIC had requested an extension to your bail with cons (for eg, still awaiting forensics) -and you have not been made aware for whatever reason.

So, my advice is to contact your solicitor so that they can speak to the OIC.

making a complaint serves no purpose whatsover in this instance. You need to confirm whether you are on bail or not.

and finally, if it were me-I'd abide by those conditions for the time being-as if they were still in place.
