Likewise with Phil. It seems hard work but stuff like this does need hard work to understand why Brexit is not just an act of self-harm but looks increasingly like an act of treachery.

Two points. We decided to go metric well before we joined the EEC. I’m getting rid of my gas meter and I’m getting a gas 3 feet 3 inches.
A vote loser in itself when people realise how much it is in "old money".
The winning would be in people not realising that the price of a packet of food is the same but the size of the packet has gone down by 4 ounces.
