Political relations between UK-EU

Its that time of year again - it will end in imports of course - Brexit ; ensuring the EU and the rest of the world flourishes and prospers

Does he plow his field with a couple of oxen?

It’s time to move on from the low technology low efficiency model of food production that relies on exploiting migrant labour.

I think given its 2021 he will use a tractor - the same one he will use to plough his unpicked crop back into the land.

This from 3 years ago suggests that the technology isn't quite there yet

I presume the casual Bulgarian/Romanian fruit pickers won’t be prospering as they won’t have work now. No winners in that story.

More widely the EU economy is not flourishing or prospering at all, not even close. Lagarde can’t be long for her role, she has overseen (or orchestrated) one disaster after another.

Not just change fruit picking robots is it though?

Much easier to pick fruit standing up in a modern greenhouse than bending down in a field outside in all weather.

I doubt this bloke has the capital to set this up, but hypothetically he could partner with some other farmers and the government could direct funding towards development loans.

They will find work within the EU picking fruit grown by farmers in the EU which Tesco and Aldi and the rest will bring in to stock our shelves and add to our inflation

More stuff that was " never gonna happen " and part of "Project Fear" that is now here and happening - is it any wonder reports today state that Cummings fears being jailed for some of the stuff that was in the Leave Campaign...

I wonder if the Express will ever demonstrate awareness that they were an integral part of the reason that so many U.K. citizens are facing difficulties that were warned about by the people they belittled for so long.
Of course they won’t. It’s easier to blame the EU and their readership will lap it up.

I admire you for keeping the shit show at the forefront of the forum and reminding us on a daily basis how poor a decision it was to leave, but I fear you are wasting your time because those on here who constantly posted how beneficial brexit would be don't give one shiny fuck if it's a disaster as long as its done.

Those on here who constantly posted how beneficial Brexit would be are very noticeable by their absence
