Amazed we ended the game with 11 men last night. As soon as we scored, something just clicked in the ref, and he started booking us for every single foul + non fouls yet allowed alot of thier players to foul without a card. For a brief period, it seemed we were afraid to tackle due to this after picking up many soft cards.
Funny enough, the 1 tackle we made, by Kolorov, which warranted a yellow he didnt book him.
And how Hulk didnt pick up a booking for diving is a mystery. 88 million buyout in his contract. Wouldnt pay 8.8 million.
Commentry on ITV was a disgrace throughout, total contrast to commentry on the Utd game. Chiles i think, despite claiming he is a WBA fan, must be a closet rag. They were dying for Porto to win, you could clearly here it. When we won tackles cleanly they often made out we fouled and got away with it, the lunge on Nasri they made out he left a foot in which he clearly didnt.
One line "champion league dropouts and now 1 goal down here" everything was negative. Even my totally unbiased father who often moans at me and my brother complaining mentioned it.

We are favourites to win it at 7/2 with the rags 4/1......Next best is Valencia at 10/1 and potential next round opposition Sporting are 33/1 and 10th favourites.

Complete joke of a ref performance last night but what a top performance from the players.
Really turned it on the 2nd half. Very glad to have Yaya back that's for sure!
How awful were the refs/pundits. "Do you think the players will be told about utd's result" WHY THE FCUK would they care. Do you get 3 points for a win in Europa knockout?? THAT WILL STOP US GETTING THROUGH OUR GAME FFS

what a game , got back from porto last night 3am . What a fantastic day all round, porto through the day sunshine , beer , city , flags . support at the stadium top notch even tho a lot of blues were worse for wear after a day on the superbocks !
