Positives From Our Blackest Night In Beswick

For fucks sake blues can we please get a grip.

We have been roundly beaten on our own patch by the current European champions, probably the best team currently playing in Europe, and arguably the best team in the world. They beat us by a two goal margin.

So did Reading in about 2007.

Does anybody seriously think that today is the worst day to be a blue since we left Maine Road?

Because I fucking don't. We are competing with the very best players and the very best coaches. Last night we came second by a fair margin. What we learned from the experience yesterday evening is that we are not yet amongst the very best in the world - as if we didn't know that yesterday morning.

I'm really disappointed that we didn't acquit ourselves better. I'm really disappointed that such a gulf still exists. But massive overreaction - typical City though it may be to overreact - will achieve nothing.

We are not playing Bayern Munich on Saturday, we are playing Everton.

not Richards best game but im not sure how your blaming him for the first goal

It finished.

Not sure about blackest and I think we are injury free from the game which is a positive.

I am positive that we are nowhere near as good as we think we are.

We only have to handle the likes of Baines , Barkley and Lukuka on Saturday that's got to be another positive I think.

For fucks sake, can we all get a grip please.

We don't play in Beswick, we play in Bradford.

I'd say we came third myself.
