Positives To Take From Today

Winning that Div 2 play off game against Gillingham should focus everyone that today in the grand scheme is maybe a setback but not a going out of business and into oblivion setback.

We are watching and living through the best years ever to be a blue.

We live to fight another day, theres plenty to play for.

Lets wrap up the league and maybe just maybe there will be another showdown with the dippers when with a fully fit squad who knows what can happen. It's a great time to be a blue, enjoy it I know I am.
 
Reminds me, in some ways, of the 3-2 defeat against United in the cup at the Etihad, well beaten in the first, but could have actually pulled it back at the end. Said in the post match thread we are better than them, plus if they had been 3-0 down at half team with their best five or six players missing against a full strength City team I don't think it would have been close at the end.
