At about the three minute mark on City favourite Beatles track “Hey Jude” there is a hidden fucking hell ….

The story appears to be during recording the piano track, Paul hit a bum note and said the f word, when all the tracks were mixed the band spotted it on the playback but decided no one would notice so left it in.
 
Sorry if already posted - the pop singer Dave Dee of Dave Dee, Dozy,etc started out as as Policeman and one of his first jobs was attending the road traffic accident in 1960 when Eddie Cochran was killed.
That was in Chippenham in Wiltshire and the monument has recently been renovated. Also in the car was Gene Vincent who apparently in1968 tried to shoot Gary Glitter

The Silver kettle drums carried by the shire horse in the band of the Household Cavalry are made from silver 'liberated' from the White House by British Forces after it was set on fire in 1812.
