Very enjoyable game to watch, with some good play from two good teams. I think Juve are the better (and cleverer) team, and that emerged both in this match and in the first leg in Manchester. Pogba, Sturaro and Alex Sandro were excellent, whereas I thought Fernandinho was probably City's best player.

5 wins from the first 5 games, we buy de Bruyne and it goes to pot. Not a criticism but I'm putting it out there for discussion.
Ermm whats it now 7 goals and 6 assists (or the other way round) hardly KDB fault , and I really do rate him , the guy is class , give him a season at least before slagging him off jeez

Hart 8
Sagna 7
Otamendi 6
Demichelis 7
Clichy 5
Fernando 6
Fernandinho 7
Toure 6
De Bruyne 5
Navas 5
Aguero 5

I got slated on here saying we'd drop a few places in the league due to key injuries a month ago. It turned out I was right. That's us out at the last 16 again. Slate me at will.

Absolutety but then again people who claim KDB was our best player need to watch a re-run of the game.No-where near our best player. The best player was taken off before the hour mark.

It depends what we define as our 'best player'. He certainly is up there. KdB was certainly our most creative tonight and if we were fully firing like earlier in the season, he'd have had a hat-trick of assists.

Half a team? If Kompany and Silva were fully fit we'd have arguably had our first 11 out.

That was unacceptable, again.

Buffon could have watched the game at my house, no need for him to be there.
Demichelis is 4th choice. Mangala would have played had he been fit. Nasri would have featured as well as he covers for Silva. No Bony or Kelechi and we missed them too because Aguero isn't fit yet.

You expect way too much.
