Bentham was the founder of Utilitarianism and thus an important philosopher. He left his body to medical science in his will with a wish to be stuffed and preserved.Who is Jeremy Bentham and why were they fucking about with his head?

The thought experiment I remember regards illegal parking. Take Utilitarianism's aguments in their purest form, and go measure the impact on patients due to delays caused to ambulances and fire engines from illegal parking leading to jams and blocked roads. One could easily use the Utilitarian position to justify the death sentence as a normal penalty for parking transgressions.Bentham was the founder of Utilitarianism and thus an important philosopher.
