How fast did you get up to ?

Road works on the M62 without the road workers @23.00. I immediatly cut speed and reduced down from 70mph whereupon I was hit at 57mph from a gantry camera. If I was travelling @56mph I would not have been flashed. The governmental equation is Speed + 10% + 2mph.

The 3 hour course was £92, however I got a free pen, free coffee and free parking so nay mither. Also I am now a much wiser FOC after memorising to heart a few more equations. Did you know that the the braking distance of a car increases quadratically with speed, meaning that a small increase in speed results in a significantly larger increase in stopping distance.

At 57 mph, my braking distance increased to about 163 feet using the standard formula for braking distance, which is proportional to the square of the speed. This resulted in an additional travel distance of approximately 38 feet when braking from 57 mph compared to 50 mph. Just saying like ... .. .

They don't work mate. 3 times I've tried to become a changed man with no success, ask for a refund. Less the Bourbons obviously.
