Prague

One word, Darlings. They've got a midget brass. We were sold it when we were told there are 99 and a half girls in there. Also don't jib on the tram, if you get clocked and kick off the police point guns at you. All in all it's fucking mint, I'm going again at the end of April.

The bone church well worth a visit,as is St.Stephens cathedral, try the dark beer bit of an accquired taste.
We used a bar near the big white church,it's sign was a hood and big fuck off axes, nice lads running it and reasonable food and beer, for near the square.

Kutná Hora is a good shout dude, spent 2 days there chillin after a stag doo in berlin, really nice little town, not a lot goin on but plenty of cheap bars and restaurants, should be nice with the mrs

bone church is proper weird but well worth a visit

in prague itself if you fancy treating the wife, walk to the far end of the charles bridge near the waterwheel and look over to your right and you should see the kampa park restaurant. fantastic place right on the river, all the big stars have been there, not cheap but we found it about UK prices

and if you fancy a boogy after walk back across the bridge and you will find the lafka club under the bridge on the right again, they also got an outside terrace right on the river, i met the one and only chesney hawkes in there

Jags bar opposite the big sex shop is good. Also captain Nemo's. It's pretty expensive if you go to the main square. There's a big nightclub near the river which has about 5 levels which is pretty decent.

We went up the mini eiffel tower effort. Bit of a trek, decent view but not all that.

Also went in a torture museum that passed an hour. The bridge is class. Don't go in English or Irish bars unless you want the football and have a walk out and you will find some cheap bars.

A friend said a trip to the reservoir is worthwhile but that was in summer.

Fond memories, I proposed at the Vtrbovska gardens, and we stayed in a pretty cool hotel called the Aria.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.ariahotel.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.ariahotel.net/</a>

Petrin Tower is brilliant, but only on a clear day.
Lennon Wall - good photo opportunity.
Clock in Old Town Square is touristy but alright.
Free tour we did: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.newpraguetours.com/our-guides.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.newpraguetours.com/our-guides.html</a>
Restaurants: Local food was not great. Cowboys was reliable. If you fancy a walk go to Radost Cafe: <a class="postlink" href="http://g.co/maps/sfqe8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://g.co/maps/sfqe8</a>
Hard Rock Cafe has live bands on and an amazing guitar chandelier.
The Castle is HUUUUGE. Cool though.
Prague Sympthony Orchestra was awesome and glad we did something different.
The fountains with Queen hits are odd but cheap - can't see it being on in winter though.

The walking is HEAVY. Samba's will blister you. Get good footwear/

Absinthe.

Sugar on spoon, dip in Absinthe, lighter underneath the spoon till the sugar melts/bubbles, stir into hte rest of the glass and neck it.

Then order some more.

And some more.

And get the decent green fairy to bring home duty free!

Seems to me that you've got more than enough to be going on with without me putting my oar in

What would I know anyway, living there like LOL

Wonderful city, almost certainly my favourite. If I could get a decent job there I would.
As some of the others have said, the main square is a rip-off.
I've stayed there a few times and prefer the Vysehrad area in the south, but still only 30 mins walk into the centre. It's mainly residential, with some cool little bars and restaurants populated by locals. Food and drink are dirt cheap (except in the centre). Get yourself across the river to the Strahov stadium at the top of the hill. It's the biggest stadium in the world and is now used by Sparta Prague as a training ground. Well worth seeing. The castle's nice, for the touristy thing. Head out to the east and visit the TV tower with the babies climbing up it. Proper unreal! If you want to check out a game, go to Zizkov and watch Viktoria...excellent stadium! Charles Bridge is great to walk across, and you should walk along the river bank for something romantic. And don't worry about going into any bars or restaurants that aren't Irish (they're shite and expensive anyway), as most of them have menus in broken English. Was there once and found a tiny little bar in Vysehrad, a real dive. Asked if we could watch the City game and he turned it on for us. All these Czechs started joining us and buying us drinks!
Prague is fantastic! Enjoy it, take loads of photos and show your missus one of the most beautiful cities in Europe!

Oh, and watch out for pickpockets in the evenings. I was with some lads there last year and this bird came up to me and started grabbing my cock. Me, being half-cut, wondered what she was up to, until it dawned on me and I grabbed her hand. The woman had my wallet in her hand! Got it back though, fortunately.
