Pre-kick off anthems….

From Penny Arcade (Glasgow Rangers) to Blue Moon to North London Forever.
Have you ever seen such a bias towards Liverpool’s YNWA?
It’s bang average at best, but get’s coverage like nothing else in world sport.
It’s like they pay SkySports/TNT to show it and advertise it around the world
And it’s stolen from Celtic. The camera panning the hoards of dippers in the kop is sickening.

No it’s not.

Most agree that the Scottish team's fans brought it home with them after they played Liverpool at Anfield in the 1966 European Cup Winners' Cup semi-finals, and it is now sung before European games at Celtic Park.

The worst for me was Blackpool manager Holloway standing in tears as they sang it! I’d be raging if our manager behaved in such a way at an opponents anthem. Embarrassing stuff!!

I stand corrected but it’s still sickening

Ours should be the Boys in Blue, if we have to have one.

The NLF that Arsenal commissioned is beyond shite.

No idea who sung it first out of Liverpool and Celtic but every fucker used to sing it at one point.

If you watch a recording of the Charlton promotion game, you can clearly hear City fans singing it.

No idea when everyone else got bored of it and Liverpool decided it was there’s.

Guessing it might have been after Hillsborough.
