Pre match light/laser shows

Started taking my partners 7 year old to a couple of games including the Lisbon one, his face when this was done was priceless. His dad is a rag and things like this cemented this young boy as a blue forever. So for all you miserable bastards on here, remember that there’s now a more miserable rag twat out there because if it!!
Little lad love city to bits now and can’t get enough of them.
 
Certain 'Matchday Experiences' are fucking awful.

This one isn't bad, as a 58 year old, would I miss it? No.

Did I enjoy it in the 11/12 run-in? Fucking yes I did.
 
i think they are good, a little less of it maybe but lights dimming and spots coming on is good. Many fans have been to Bayern or other euro stadiums and said about lighting, so we get it and its wank !

The music is very loud at times, but the stadium is only ever two thirds full when teams comes out, perhaps if the stadium was full with fans belting songs out for the players as they come on the pitch then the music would go unnoticed. Its time for fans to leave that 4th pint alone and welcome players out.

That Dj box is cheese though, can get shut of that with pleasure.

good call, there certainly is nothing like this over at the swamp.

Could be worse we could be like everton fans having to listen to their one speaker playing Z cars !
 
Not sure why some people are complaining about the light show. I think they’re pretty good. My only downer is the occasional juxtaposition of the light show and a less than enthusiastic home crowd on a champions league night. I guess lighter nights will naturally limit the impact of these shows as we get to the latter part of the competition(s). Maybe we could lobby to stop the clocks being changed in a couple of weeks.
