Surely pairing Demichelis with Mangala is a better option, considering our last season finish? Otamendi can play his part against Sunderland in the Leage Cup and then we'll see.

Agree fully with both comments seems a no brainer to play Demi and Manga together for this gameI'd have seriously considered Demichelis for this game, Premier League experience and decent partnership with Mangala, but sounds like Manuel's going with Otamendi
