If we weren't coming off the back of a couple of defeats I think the line-up would probably be different. As it is, we need to get back to winning ways, with the players that will be expected to make an impact week in week out. I'm fine with the starting 11, let's see what happens with changes during the game.

Navas' weakness is the sole reason we can't create chances to score. Thats a pretty big thing to criticise him on.

its not a prem game though is it ? and playing the first team plus say 2 youngsters isn't going to make us lose.

One word: SILVERWARE!

Sunderland will defend for all there worth and it is important to get a goal or two ahead BEFORE introducing two or three of our starlets. Remember, SILVERWARE is important to the owners. Ever notice that neither Pelle nor the owners call the League Cup or the FA Cup "Cups," but rather they call the "TITLES!"

Silverware is important and I think it is imperative, especially at this point of the season, that we do not string together three losses on top of 5 straight wins without conceding a goal.

Caballero, maffeo, Otamendi, Demichelis, Kolarov, Fernando, Yaya Toure(c), roberts, De Bruyne, Sterling, Aguero.

how is this team weak ? its just the same excuses every time. surely this team here is strong enough ?

His final ball and finishing has been poor. As has Sterling's? For what it's worth, Navas created the joint most chances (5) than any other player in the premier league on Saturday.
