I can’t imagine that is reflective of the actual amount of time the ball was out of play or the match was stopped.

Fourth official got a phone call from Sky to tell them they needed to get the game done quick so they can show their "Ballon d'Or candidate Trent" analysis before the next game.

Except, it is now supposed to be the full time of stoppage, for whatever reason, which would have been more than 4 minutes.

Average time in play was 55 minutes last season, which would indicate it is likely we had at least 10-15 minutes stoppage each half, given teams haven’t really changed their play much yet.

Oh well, back to making it up as they go along.
