Premier League Games 12/13/14 January '24

Said to missus tonight and previously he's getting punished for being a nice guy blue.
But if he was to rant they'd be on him like a ton of bricks and blame it on him being an ex blue.
Lose lose situation for Vinny in this horrible red shirt loving sport.

“If?” He spent the whole of the post match interview ranting about every decision that’s gone against them this season.

I'd moved onto a film by then, but hey thanks for your Stevenous on the matter

Compare it to the goal disallowed when Akanji brushed the Liverpool keeper, then you can work out how bent it is.
And that’s just the point. Whilst I don't think either are fouls, whatever the laws say today, they’re either both fouls or both not fouls. PGMOL showing themselves up yet again, as they do every week.

Vinny has a style of play that will see him relegated. His players are not good enough at this level but his side are good to watch. If he could get better calibre players he could do well.

The problem is that s a lot of managers contradict themselves at moments like these.....look at the comments of the Luton manager...if he just came out and said it was a wrong decision and the goal shouldnt have stood then it backs up what we all know....comments like this allow the "confusion" to continue......there is no confusion...its a foul but when it goes in your favour managers are ambiguous in their comments and so it allows the law makers/press/media to get away with the current narrative.....EVERY manager needs to be stepping up in these moments and saying..yes it was wrong/we got away with one there etc. Until the narrative is the same from everyone - nothing will change but because the human condition wont allow that and everyone is out for themselves most of the time, it will continue.

Another joke of a decision.
The fact they don’t give it isn’t the problem it’s the fact there’s no consistency.
One week it’s a foul the next week it’s not.
We shouldn’t be surprised with the shits refs and shit var running/ruining the game.
We have that same useless var official on var v Newcastle.

The most sinister suggestion creeping into last night's post match analysis was the pundits jumping up and down demanding an ex-pro footballer to have the final say in the VAR room. As they've "played" the game not the VAR refs.

Judging from the so called non-partisan bias over the years from the ex-pro's, that's a definite no go.
