Does January come before October these daysAbsolutely. The insistence on playing out from the back, when the keeper is atrocious with the ball at his feet will define Arteta's tenure, which will be over by January

Joking aren’t you they mixed it up and played great football. They have done for the last few years .!Great to see Arsenal lose. That said, Brentford are just the new Stoke City. Hope they go down.
Team of Danish Ryan Shawcross‘s.
I maybe from the old school of thinking but I agree with Neville. I don’t think that’s a foul , keeper has to be stronger. Keepers have had way too much protection .However Im sure against Liverpool or United it’s probably blown for a foulJust seen the highlights. That second goal is going to need some explaining. That's a foul, it's even "clear and obvious" to fit their bullshit remit. If this is what they mean by dialling back var intervention then what's the point. That has to be ruled out. I really hope the media and the pundits lay into the officiating this season. The euros shown just how far behind we are in that department and its in desperate need of vast improvements.
No one does grief like Arsenal....
Bloody hell he didn't use the word "blud" once!Losing is good business for AFTV. I'm sure they don't really care about the results any more.
Isn't that the spuds too? Maybe they'e merging into the same entity?
No wonder they both wanted to be part of a European Super League they couldn’t be relegated from..Spurs last hard on was in 1961, they don't remember.
Arsenal had an invincible stiffy in 2004, they do remember.
Hence wankers....
Leno is weak but that is irrelevant as that is definitely a foul, so blatant aswel.I maybe from the old school of thinking but I agree with Neville. I don't know what Neville said. I do think keepers get too much protection, they get fouls when their own players smash into them but in that instance it's a very clear foul. You can do that with an outfield player (just) but doing that to a keeper prevents him from using his hands. Keepers weak and you'd expect him to smash through him but him being feeble doesn't change the offence.I maybe from the old school of thinking but I agree with Neville. This is exactly what's going to happen. Then mid-season when pressure mounts they'll cave and change the rules from week to week before settling on something only mildly better but still in need of fixing. Then next summer back to the drawing board.Seems like we’re going to go too far the other way and a player will need to be assaulted for VAR to get involved.
Then they’ll wheel out Dermott on Monday to say nothing should be overturned as the bar has changed.
