I am a “progressive” football tactician, so willingness to track back is not the paramount attribute for a successful winger for me, but I think in our system he would be somewhat of a liability (even more so than Sane on his lazier days, who at least has pace to make up for lax positioning at times) as whoever was playing RB would be against 2-on-1s regularly when playing decent sides (can only imagine how difficult it would be for them in the CL).
