I have watched four of the opening weekend matches thus far…

And all have been filled with spectacularly bad decision making from supposedly top level footballers. Most of whom have been playing in the PL for several years.

This Brentford-Palace match just had a two minute sequence where Eze and Wissa both completely ignored runners in excellent positions to have a free pop on goal to instead shoot straight at or pass directly to a wall of defenders.

First few weeks are always full of fuck ups

Hope to God Arsenal blow their striker funds on that absolute fucking carthorse Ivan Toney. He is bobbins.

Not sure I'd call him a carthorse, to be honest. Is he silky skilled? No; of course not. He's a battering ram type forward. But whatever club he goes to (as is looking likely now); if they play to his strengths, he'll get them goals. Arsenal are short of a 20-25 goal a season striker; Havertz isn't that guy.
