That's close... I think the camera angle makes it look closer than it is. Drawing out a few amateur lines using the lines on the pitch shows it could have been fairly comfortably offside.

It’s fine if they get the decisions right. It did seem quick today, which, whilst great when it’s correct, does mean they could repeat the Spurs Liverpool error again.

Going by the cut of the grass then Mateta's shadow certainly looks offside. :)
