I like Lampard, but he's got no business being Chelsea manager. Did a mediocre job at Derby, propped up by loans of players due to his reputation, but he doesn't seem to have a clue what he's doing. How can you set up with this midfield in a big game?

Contact (foot/leg) was outside the box but the player was inside the box (his upper body).
It should be judged the same way that offside is judged.

Or the other way around, offsides should be judged like that
