Actually yes.You’re not allowed to push though. Kane’s hand is clearly in Silva’s back. It may have been very light but until we have a way to measure pressure we can only go by the visual and it is a push. Is a light push allowed but a heavy push not?
Do you know how often a light push happens in a game? Literally all the time. We can't call them as fouls, it's a contact sport. Thiago clearly felt Kane's hand and fell over, he didn't fall from the force of Kane.
