Premier League Games 22/23/24 October '22

Wigan fans still whinge about Goaters goal twenty odd years ago and that wasn’t clear. Imagine if the Goat had scored from a Jamie Pollock volleyball pass LOL
I was in the north stand and he fucking basketballed it into the net haha

No but the rule is clear and obvious error by the referee and they have to be sure he meant it to rule it out.

They cannot be sure he meant it so the goal stands.
Agreed. Impossible to prove beyond doubt that he meant to handle it (only he knows that). And it didn’t look intentional. If he was leaning towards the ball and had his arm out away from his body, then maybe. They were right to allow the goal.

That's a bad challenge by Lerma
Surprised VAR haven't intervened there.

Apparently a player can boot another player in the nads, providing his eyes are closed.
They’d have a long look at where to put their foot, which the cameras would see.

A bit like when players glance round before sticking their elbows in other player’s faces with a clenched fist.

There was nothing like that with this handball.
