Vinny may have to go backwards before he comes forwards. He's still quite new to management but i think he'll become a top manager given time.
Would not mind him at BHAFC when RDZ goes. IMO Burnley wefe the wrong club for him. He needs a stable enviroment to manage. Dont see him getting it though as i think Lallana will take over or some unknown as Kutsen.

Teams are still trying to go toe to toe with them, and they're good enough to punish them.

Wait until they're faced with 11 men behind the ball from the 1st minute, which will likely come next season.
