It was a foul all day long. He took his legs out, border line scissor challenge. Nothing on the ball. It was a yellow card challenge. Yet the ref, even upon review, has allowed the goal after the play on.The Brighton player goes after the ball and the Spurs player falls as a result. For me it’s not a foul. Correct decision.
