Premier League Games 30/April, 1/2/3 May

I don't think you are being objective. You're hung up on the fact he got the ball first when it doesn't matter, and it never has mattered in whether a tackle is a foul or not.

And the fact you refer to Vardy as "the noted play actor" when a 17 stone giant's just gone straight through his ankle studs up shows up the fact you're not being objective.
Vardy's a great play actor(not alone in professional football I know) I doubt very much the defenders 17 stone and from what I saw he didn't go through Vardy's ankle either, less than two minutes later he showed a turn of pace that would have put Linford Christie to shame. The studs were up I admit that but he was stretching for the ball to recover his mistake it's a natural thing to do, It should have resulted in a yellow card and a free kick even in today's game or we lose the tackle as part of the game.

Would have been furious if it was us, but I can see why. Vestergaard got the ball, but he did not knock it far enough to prevent a goal scoring if he had not prevented Vardy from moving toward the ball, hence he prevented a goal scoring opportunity.
He certainly impeded Vardy's movement.

No, it's not a challenge on the ball if he's falling over.
Round and round we go. Hesmade the challenge, won the ball cleanly and Vardy has run onto his upturned stud . There’s no malice, no poor tackle, just a coming together.

Malice has nothing to do with it being a red card.

How can people not know the rules of the sport?

Your description of the incident is a joke. "He ran onto his stud" FFS. Trumpian levels of lying despite video proof it's bollocks.

Vardy's leg is planted when Vestegaard follows through studs up into his ankle.
