It’s to do with wage structure. If a player is in the top 10 earners at the club then they get extra points on the work permit.
It should be about talent besides it never stopped the scum from bringing any unknown in and getting a fucking work permit 'exceptional talent'

They are part of it, Moss couldn’t wait to give it, VAR played its part & then the media excuse it who all happen to be Rags, Neville, Keane & Evra.
That is how corruption works, what they don’t realise is they may get away with it for years but who knows what could happen when eventually the truth comes out & it will.
