Simon Hooper on Var was same Var official who gave the rags the penalty at Brighton after full time as well as denying Brighton a penalty in the same game.
if it takes me 30 seconds to find this out, why are no media calling out the corruption and officials appointments

Rules are VAR can't change it unless they are sure he didn't get a touch.

He had moved onside between De Gea kicking it and the 'touch' of Fernandes.
