Reminded me of that Negredo pass vs Fulham. Which was a fucking DECADE ago, can't believe how fast time goes.I hate to say it, but that was De Bruyne-esque from Antony.

You can't compare tackling and interceptions, when Chelsea are constantly giving the ball away and City is dominating possessionIn what regard?
Foden is my favourite player and is leading the Champions League in expected assists, yet Palmer's underlying creative numbers(goal/shot-creating actions) across all comps are all the better per 90. He's also averaging more tackles and intersections per 90, which is surprising, as I thought Foden's most significant improvement this season has come off the ball.
This is the most important element that many that insist Palmer should have stayed don’t understand. You can't compare tackling and interceptions, when Chelsea are constantly giving the ball away and City is dominating possession
At HT in that game this evening, the rags had 53% possession
Agree with most of that. The raw ability was never in question. The sort of player that if you build a team around he’ll shine. Chelsea are that shit though watching them last night they play as if he’s Messi. Absolutely everything goes through him. There is not a chance we could or would have ever done that when we’ve got the likes of Foden and KDB.Probably trying to get a rag move next.
Is he a good player? Yes
Did he produce the goods with city and how we play? Sometimes
Was he going to replace any of our starters who just won a treble? Nope
Did we expect he would be this good? Nope.
He don’t care just like many other players. Said he was a united fan, no point splitting hairs.
It’s a moot point he couldn’t get in our team, Chelsea are building their team around him. Good move for all parties. No need to debate & in any case Oscar Bobb has more raw talent & potential.Just to clear up the Palmer thing.
WE DIDN'T SELL HIM ON. HE ASKED TO LEAVE.
Is that clear enough for people?
Pep told him he would be getting more playing time after Mahrez left.
He himself decided he still wanted to go. The club didn't step in his way.
So we didn't make any mistake.
As Pep said, he doesn't keep players who don't want to be there.
Of course they dominated and were winning at 90 minutes so they should get at least a point.I've just read Ten Hag saying they dominated that game. Out of all the stats I can find, they only 'won' one of them - the foul count - 15. And not a single united player was booked.
Shocked face
Craig Burley called it Battle of the Shambles.Chelsea 28 shots to Rag’s 19. It was like an NBA game. End to end. Zero tactics. Both manager's should be embarrassed!!
Who....? Was he playing or on the bench last night? But,but, but utd have that fantastic young player mainoo,so it’s ok ..
