President Joe Biden

No shit? No one disagrees with that and yet you’re pretending that’s what I’ve been saying and arguing against it. That’s why it’s not worth responding to you.

No, you're making out Biden would be the solve all president, bringing the 'good times' back.

You don't even acknowledge that pre-2016 the US working class were disgruntled enough to vote for change and that'll be the same place you go back to when Biden compromises the hell out of his original pledges.

We'll see what happens comes Jan 2022 after a year in office, never mind his first 100 days.

You must have a pretty short memory. My stance, which I've said many, many times in this thread, and that others can attest to, is that while Biden wasn't my first choice (I preferred all of Buttigieg, Warren, and Harris over him), he's better than the five alarm fire we have in the White House currently in every way. It was never that he's some sort of cure all, which obviously isn't true. I even said that we should replace him if Tara Reade's accusation was proven in some way. Naturally, even that bit of nuance was lost on you.

Can't even acknowledge a truth that you don't even know what's in the underbelly of your country!

The US will be hit by strikes and protests if people don't get more of a fair shake even under Biden.

You and your "nobody gives a fuck about..." mob will see.
Did you say “strikes,” as in industrial labor walking out? Wake me up for that, I’d like to see it.

I know what you've said.

You simply haven't been objective about anything come Biden's policies.

That was the 'nuance' that was missing and lost on you.

Whaaat? You never saw the Amazon strikes that Sanders marched on and Biden will claim in about 4 years?

You've not seen the Maccy D strikes either?

I need those Happy Clapper pills you're on...
Haha! You must think they are more than a blip! A $15 minimum wage is a good thing.

Yes, it is.

Biden will kick that down the road using the deficit as the much needed excuse whilst still bailing out billionaire companies.

I believe Amazon's $15 wage is not standard, for example, when it should be rolled out to all its employees.

$15 is the minimum standard for all US Amazon employees.

20%?

1 in 10 Sanders voters changed to #45, so let's not make more stuff up.

And if things are gonna 'change', explain why Biden is not considering even one person as a progressive VP.

I'll tell you why, the Dem 'leadership' have NO intention of that happening when neoliberalism drives the agenda.

Mate, you nor I have any idea who he's considering, other than he's stated he'll select a woman. Plus I'm not certain who'd be "progressive" enough for you.

Sanders clearly isn't progressive enough -- he's endorsing Biden. Right?

It should be noted that the VP slot, in addition to being used to broaden geogrpahic appeal of the Presidential candidate, is sometimes a way to silence and cut the nuts off a roustabout (see Lyndon Johnson and Teddy Roosevelt), albeit given Biden is almost certain to be a one-term President it may be a different kind of post than it has been this time round.
