This is how they do protests.

Manchester United fans sentenced after protest turned violent
Some Man Utd fans were protesting against the Glazer family's ownership of the club last year.www.bbc.co.uk
Fully understand why many people think “fuck them”, after the endless snide digs from their fans over our ticketing/pricing issues in the past. Do think fan groups are going to have to work together though to put real pressure on the clubs. It was a collaborative effort that brought about the £30 cap for away tickets. Why can’t a similar thing be done for home tickets too?
It’s up to them to find a way to work around that though. Ours weren’t without challenges. If it hadn’t worked they would have been queuing up to laugh at us.We've shown the Rags how to do protests. It's up to them now. Unfortunately they've got too many tourists and day trippers who will still take their seats before the matchh starts.
The £30 away cap affected a maximum of 10% of match tickets. At grounds larger than 30k it was a lower percentage until you get to the rags when it was only 4% of tickets capped at £30.Fully understand why many people think “fuck them”, after the endless snide digs from their fans over our ticketing/pricing issues in the past. No - at the moment the rags would only be interested in our involvement because its helps THEM. They do NOT care about fans in general & would be invisible if it was our owners who had increase the cost of STs as much as theirs hasThis is fans prices not helping United as a club

I understand your point @Ric but they are a club that has mocked us - and continue to mock us - for decades. They’re just using us for the time being.Fully understand why many people think “fuck them”, after the endless snide digs from their fans over our ticketing/pricing issues in the past. Completely agree, especially on your first point. We’ve had two of the most well attended and effective protests of any club in the premier league. We had one voice. We've shown the Rags how to do protests. It's up to them now. Unfortunately they've got too many tourists and day trippers who will still take their seats before the matchh starts.
Have to say, I enjoyed reading the tweet below. We should all be proud of the concessions we’ve forced this year, I know I am.
It had reached the point though where I was starting to think a national organisation of fan groups was going to be needed which even involved working with United’s groups.
Bottom line, the execs at all PL clubs just want supporters with the deepest pockets and don’t care about the working class supporter who is being replaced. The fabric of the game is at stake IMO.
I hate United and their fans as much as ever, but there is a bit more sympathy than there was before. What is happening there with ticket prices is criminal.
Man Utd have a similar % of season tickets to capacity as City. They claim over 50k season tickets.WeWe've shown the Rags how to do protests. It's up to them now. Unfortunately they've got too many tourists and day trippers who will still take their seats before the match starts.
Don't be precious CC1 I'm sure we would have called them worse if the roles reversed.I understand your point @Ric but they are a club that has mocked us - and continue to mock us - for decades. They’re just using us for the time being.
Where’s the fan support from them for our loyal fans who have been inundated with shit comments for the last 4 years about oil money; cheating owners etc. AS FANS, HAVE THEY EVER spoken out about how it’s affected us? NO - they are revelling in it & thoroughly enjoying our pain.
To play devil's advocate, our club has just reduced matchday prices considerably due to pressure from our fans, rather than any real collaborative effort with other clubs' fans.Fully understand why many people think “fuck them”, after the endless snide digs from their fans over our ticketing/pricing issues in the past. More than snide digs Ric. Don’t understand your post. Somewhat contradictory?? You point out everything they’ve done to us over the years, how it affected you - yet think I’m being “precious” because I don’t want to link up with them to help them reduce their ticket prices despite the fact they watched on in silence when we took (successful) action against ours???Don't be precious CC1 I'm sure we would have called them worse if the roles reversed.
I clung onto any bad word about the red shite growing up and gave it double barrels. Our floodlights are bigger, fergie time, Howard Webb, brown envelopes, your grounds not a stadium..
I wish the FA or premier league had the balls to come up with something against the red shite but they won't.
Having said that I have been giving it out for them having a waterfall in the roof, a zero food hygiene rating, rat infested stadium
