This may just be me panicking a too soon but I ordered our tickets on Friday but still haven't received an email confirmation. Does this come through with the details of where to pick up the tickets? Missing the last two champions league aways l'm not sure whether this is a potential problem, any reply to calm my nerves will be appreciated!

My mate has just rung me. He can't log in - there is problems with the website !!! so he phoned and paid the booking fee to get his ticket. The club is a joke where tickets are concerned. Please City invest in some technology the allows fans to book online. It is not hard nor expensive to do it.Either that or drop the booking fee which is a con when you cant do it online.

Strange. I've never once had a problem with the website. They usually drop the booking fee if you've had an issue with the website too.

There are 3 blocks on level 3 (expensive seats) and 2 blocks on level 4. There might be more that City haven't started selling yet as more appeared throughout the day yesterday.

I tried online with an iPad this morning and it wasn't letting me select the number of tickets I wanted. Then I turned my laptop on, and it wasn't even letting me through to the select tickets bit, so I panicked that it may have sold out.
I called the ticket office in the end and got one that way. Got the email instantaneously.
