Prime Aguero or present Haaland

Obviously you would pick halland on form a goal a game is crazy better than anyone ever I'll just leave it at that lol

Did you miss watching the best ever PL team that averaged 99 points in 2 seasons under Pep's tutelage and a supply line of David Silva, KDB, Bernardo Silva, Sane and Sterling ?
I think he might be referring to Aguero in 2012 prior to his hamstring problems.

Erling does seem to be a bit of a flat track bully with the vast majority of his goals coming against the cannon fodder sides, whilst in the biggest games he's somewhat more anonymous and rarely scores crucial match winning goals... unlike Aguero who was less prolific over all but more effective in the big games.

That's true to some extent (remember, though, Haaland was fantastic in the title decider vs Arsenal in April 23) , but you can say the same about Aguero in the CL where his record is levels below Haaland's.

Kun's record in a CL season (not counting pre-group games) is 6 goals, the same as Sterling's and Jesus's. Haaland scored 12 in his first CL season with us and we won the CL. Overall, he contributed over 60 goals/assists for the Treble, aged 22. That's a different level.

15 goals and 6 assists v the top 6 for Haaland.

context is important here. If Erl stayed at City for 10 full seasons(like Kun do) , then this comparison would gain real weight

Aguero was not at his best under Pep. The question refers to Prime Sergio.
Pelle had (and slightly squandered) that but the version that Pep had was still pretty damn good.
