I guess so. I selected 'paper ticket' instead of 'load to card'. Seems that others were told the same thing so I'm hoping it's true.
Thats what I just had confirmed-I changed mine to paper ticket like you.

That would be unusual.The two paper tickets we are waiting for, aren't for our season ticket seats. Would they still load them by default on to the cards?
Normally your seat is added to the card and extras would be paper tickets
We are in the CL scheme and I ordered extra tickets and they arrived last week as paper tickets

So the lead ticket (whose account you were logged in to when buying I assume?) is on card, is the second ticket still paper?Had similar mate, I changed my two tickets to be posted-only one turned up, rung the ticket office and he said the lead ticket is loaded to the card even though i requested a paper ticket-id ring up mate just to be on the safe side.
And are you in your usual seats, or have you changed seats for this game, as I have done?

Amazing how they can suddenly change the goal posts at the last minute. After saying all week that tickets are on the way in the post, they suddenly decide to load them on to cards. So now confusion as to which seat loaded if you're not in your normal seat. That's assuming you have access to all the cards which I don't. Unbelievable. Come back Gillingham '99 all is forgiven!

We have decided to sit elsewhere for it.
I ordered 2 tickets -both paper tickets confirmed -only one ticket turned up today, rung the ticket office and was told one had been loaded onto my card!
The lad said I wasn't the only one it had happened to-if you can id be ringing the ticket office to sort out as its going to be chaos at the ticket office and hour before kick off.
With our ticket office I would get there about 3 hours (not 1 hour) before kick off and you might get in the ground by half time.....if you're lucky...haha!!.

My email conformation said paper tickets for both of them, it was only one turning up today made me ring them.

Glad I'm on the cup scheme. Luckily for the paper ones, I can get to the stadium over lunch tomorrow. God forbid what it'll be like after work.
