Print E-Ticket

Bit of a shambles this...ordered 4 tickets, all paper. One arrives today. Currently position 58 in the queue to city.

Can't go tomorrow to pick them up as I'll get there right at KO due to work. I either pick them up today, or I miss out
 
fair play royal mail by me have delivered both tickets this morning, they were ordered thursday.
 
Has anyone who was supposed to get a paper ticket and not received it managed to get the club to either load it to their seasoncard or allow for printing of an e-ticket?

I have just been in the phone queue for an hour and apparently the season card is activated 'by default'.
I really hope this is the case as I cannot print an e-ticket and it sounds like the ticket office at City Square will be very busy.
 
Whilst a lot of people are waiting for their CL tickets to arrive, my Arsenal ticket turned up on Saturday. I thought they wouldn't have started on them until they'd sorted all the CL ones.

Is that even if 'Paper Ticket' is selected? That's going to mess things up tomorrow.

Really hope that's true as I don't fancy queueing tomorrow night to get my lad's ticket or spending hours on the phone to get it sorted.
 
I ordered 2 tickets -both paper tickets confirmed -only one ticket turned up today, rung the ticket office and was told one had been loaded onto my card!

The lad said I wasn't the only one it had happened to-if you can id be ringing the ticket office to sort out as its going to be chaos at the ticket office and hour before kick off.

Had similar mate, I changed my two tickets to be posted-only one turned up, rung the ticket office and he said the lead ticket is loaded to the card even though i requested a paper ticket-id ring up mate just to be on the safe side.
 
The two paper tickets we are waiting for, aren't for our season ticket seats. Would they still load them by default on to the cards?

I need it the other way, as it's a gift for a blue and the ST holder, my dad, is away with the card. I've sent a query to try and clarify.

I called up last week and they said I can use my ST.

I suggest you call up though and have them activate it just in case
