never had a problem before with tickets, decided to watch this from south stand x4 instead of family, did on line said would send paper tickets, not arrived, got text this morning saying game loaded to card x3 no convermation of 4 card/ticket, what the fuck do i do now cant get through on phone, i have e-mailed to ask does anyone know if the reply to e-mails, we will not be at stadium till 7ish tonight do not fancy trying to get that sorted at ticket office before the game.

I'm in the same boat, got one ticket with no confirmation if it's loaded on the card or I'm going to have to queue for a paper ticket. Not sure I'll get there until 7.30.

Checked online and they have his old mobile number. I would check if all your details are up to date for all the cardholders.

I think in my case it was the sms preferences being unticked.

cards are with my dad in Spain as he is going to Arsenal game and I was expecting paper tickets posted out :-(

If your order acknowledgement says paper tickets to be posted in your order history then I cant see how they can not give you paper tickets mate to get in the game.Paper tickets means paper tickets and as long as you can prove who you are then they should issue.
A fucking disgrace if they dont.

They said if you phone up and request them, they'll provide paper tickets.

Any truth in the rumour you also need photo I.d.mate?
