I was doing a big project for the Ministry of Justice in 2010 and got invited to a big meeting with Ken Clarke, the incoming Justice Secretary. I got talking to a senior Prison Officers Association official and he was saying that rehabilitation for people serving 6 months or less is a complete waste of time. I don't imagine it's got much better since then.

The problem in this country is that we do many things in a silo-based manner, in isolation from associated actions that could and would make a difference. We need to look at things on a much more holistic basis. Instead we wash our hands of it and outsource it to companies who only have a financial interest in a small part of the process.

Clarke demonstrated his utter ignorance of the problem by announcing he was closing 2 Prisons before he even started.
I know for a fact that he personally had no idea what the problem/s was before he announced this.
Let’s face it -none of the Politicians want to pay for crime and the punishment and we’ve imported thousands of foreign criminals to make matters far worse at a time when when they were cutting the Criminal Justice budget to the absolute operational minimum.

Second video was a copycat version made by the adult star Andy Lee, a former plumber who bragged that his Snapchat video fooled “millions” of people.

He bought a police officer uniform from eBay and hired adult star Kayla Wild to play the female prison guard.



Lee, originally from Dublin and living in Stevenage, created the world’s first “porn star university” and it is there that he recreated a prison cell to use as the set for his prank.




“You have seen the story going viral and I thought the video was hot as hell and that’s basically the stuff I do anyway,” Lee explained to the tens of millions that follow Off Topic on that there Mooner's site, to a lad with a slapped face trying to get some kip on a train to Nottingham and to some woman named Shirley...

“I thought I would have a go at making my own version so I built a prison cell - but I wasn’t expecting it to go this viral and my phone hasn’t stopped going all day. It has taken off like crazy. I filmed it on Snapchat to make it more authentic and we had a bit of fun and I decided to give it away on the internet for free.

The reaction has just been wild and it is getting shared on WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, Downing Streets new cabinet, Rag Cafe and on Facebook council estate groups – people are loving it.”


It looks as though the clip had most of the internet fooled, including that Maintainin twat, a billion Dippers worldwide and even George W. Bush Jnr, racking up millions of views online as people truly believed it was from the prison, despite Stephen230 alluding to who the fuck eats a Pot Noodle with a friggin' toothbrush! and Blue Maverick quoted as saying "Looks real to me even with a radio call on it"
