Not really sure what you meant by ‘everything’ if you’re not talking about things that are already banned.

Sweets, chocolate, crisps, biscuits, newspapers, magazines, visitors - the lot. Whilst drugs are being smuggled into the prison, all niceties should be banned.

Why would you want to penalise the whole prison population for the actions of a minority?

If your next door neighbour broke the law, would you accept a collective punishment because he happened to live near you?
