Apparently Vacant stated in the HOC that a visa centre had been set up en route to Calais but then later suggested it wasn't ready yet!

Just hand out short term visa’s after some basic checks and stop fucking about. I’ve never known a govt who promises so much and delivers so little. Every fucking thing since they have got in goes the same way.

Not really true is that hilts - I mean they delivered swiftly for mates who ran pubs but could source useless PPE - same if you were the Russian son of an ex KGB Chief or if you were a favoured contractor who could "deliver" track and trace for billions of £'s............ I think I have seen why they are not turning to the army as a fix once again - not because Putin could see it as provocative but because they fear their shambles being further exposed
