I think he said she's not even paying the rent now. That's where the pisstake comes in for me. He's done nothing wrong and is being taken advantage of. For me I'd treat it like any other situation where I believe somebody's trying to take me for a ride. The more law abiding posters won't agree but then those are the ones who normally lose out.
