A win in Seville ensures European football after Christmas. The best scenario for us really is if we beat Seville and Juve beat BMG, then we are assured qualification and the head to head with Juve basically decides the group.
Under Pellegrini our away record in the UCL is pretty good, we've won 5, lost 3 and drawn 1. Our home record is win 4, lose 5 and draw 1. So we are better away from home in Europe.
I'm certain we'll qualify, but if not we should definitely get third which I'm sure some other posters will agree could be a blessing in disguise - we'd get more and more european experience, at a lower intensity which should make winning the league slightly easier as well.
