Protest v Wolves

You will be able to find a way around this if you share season cards between family members. I don’t have a strong view on this. I just don’t think it’s extreme to expect season card holders to attend half the games in person

There is an atmosphere argument. One of the main arguments against flexi-golds in expanded North Stand is that you can’t really have singing sections where the fans change on a weekly basis.

Why?

Are the words too hard to learn?

:)

I agree PB.

The club are finding any excuse to ban fans and to take away their season tickets. Every season ticket removed from a fan is turned into a match day ticket. That’s what it boils down to.

Not only that, the club refuses to engage with those fans. And if they do, it’s only on the clubs terms, and when the club decides to engage, which is usually you are banned, or you have to serve a ban until we allow you back. Emails are ignored. Money is still taken for season tickets that are no longer being used by the banned fans, etc. It’s a fucking disgrace, and a shit show, and it’s the club policy.

The club is rotten from the boardroom down.
Jeez.....

This was a mates situation last season, seriously ill and months in bossy. When club found out he was 50years st holder they sorted it all out until he was fit. Even offered easier access seats.
That’s sound as a once off when no compulsory attendance was needed. Do you think city are going to sit there reading through piles of emails with excuses why people can’t attend. Not a chance

Most of City’s staff are decent people. Take away the ban enforcement ex coppers and the rest are largely helpful.

This is the beginning of the end for the face value pages. That makes it more important for the club to price match day tickets more sensibly. That’s far from guaranteed and I agree they are greedy fookers.
I agree with you regarding the FV pages, and of all the ticketing concerns that we face, individual match day prices are the most pressing. If the club begins to understand that these need to be reduced, we may be able to make progress; however, if they do not reduce them, we will be in a right mess.

No I do get that and it was/is nice what they do for sick supporters. But what I’m saying is if loads start using excuses and sob stories there’s no way they’ll accommodate that. It’s ok doing it for the odd one or two

£71 to watch the best football team in the world wether its City, Real Madrid, Barca is cheap
Have you seen concert prices, the theatre?
What .
You think that's cheap.
So you think it's ok to pay that to watch a football game..I obviously don't know your back ground or financial situation..me personally..I've been on the edge..on the edge of been bankrupt..nearly lost my house..and through all that I had a season ticket.
Now I'm good . earning what I think is stupid money..I can afford a ticket now..but I've always said if it goes above 700 I'm out .but personally how anyone can think 70 quid to watch a game is ok is beyond me ..to me anything over 40 quid who ever the team is ..is just to much

I supported the 9 min boycott though slightly conflicted if continued boycotts will work( I fear less people will boycott this time and it'll be a damp squid)

The club have frozen season card prices and people will now think it's pointless boycotting. Things like viagogo and membership ticket prices won't impact 70% of the ground so they'll it's pointless to miss more of a match.
Well after today's announcements I'll see you all on the concourse against wolves. What a f'in joke by the club

People often use this analogy but it's not the same. Although some people could be, most of the audience won't be emotionally attached to a performer, band or a theater show. For many it will be a once only visit to see a performance from the latest in vogue artist or show, or as in regards Oasis a nostalgic revisit.
Also you should be guaranteed a top show at these events as you know exactly what you are getting. In football you don't. You could pay a fortune and watch an utter shit show like the last Manchester derby. Or you could be lucky and witness a seven goal thriller and a great comeback like the Palace game. There is of course an argument it's that unpredictability that makes football attractive but it's certainly a gamble.
Well said blue.
I've been to watch oasis all over the country..been over 20.timws went to Blackpool empress ball room..Maine rd..wembley.
City's new ground..when they announced these new gigs..
My daughter who's 21 said she was getting tickets.
I felt so proud she wanted to watch oasis
I'd give anything to watch oasis with my little girl..she's got tickets with her boyfriend..his mum got two tickets but can't go .my daughter said me and my mate can buy them..350 quid .as much as I want to go with my daughter to watch..the band that changed my life.
I just can't justify it.
I think the tickets at Maine rd cost 16 quid..
How have we got in a situation where kids think it's ok to pay 350 to go to a gig

Regarding the 10 game minimum rule.

What happens if you have a serious illness and are being treated in hospital or at home? What if the only thing you've got to look forward to after treatment is getting back to the ground?

But you now can’t because you’ve missed 10 games and your season ticket has been taken off you.

What happens if you have broke your leg or have had a knee replacement and miss a chunk of the season?

What happens to our female supporters who give birth during the season or god forbid have any complications post birth?

What about anyone who is suffering from mental health or ainxety and is struggling?

It absolutely stinks!!!
If you buy a season ticket the club shouldn't dictate to you how many games you go to.
My dad's had a ticket for as long as I've been alive.
Since we lost my mum..8 years ago he goes on holiday a lot with his mates.
He doesn't do internet etc.
So if he's away I put his ticket on the exchange for him.
When I told him about this rule he said if they send me an email saying that they can stick the ticket up there arse.
I didn't tell him they have emailed to tell him that but his email comes to me
Mind you in January I listed his ticket for the Chelsea game .and they sold it to a Chelsea fan..who paid 200 quid..that's what the club wants . unfortunately

If you can’t attend games there seems many options to sell on or exchange your ticket..
Yes ..there are.ways to sell your ticket. Or transfer your ticket
.but what if your an old bloke like my dad.
.he doesnt do the internet..I list it for him and last time I did they sold his seat to a Chelsea fan.. luckily I've sold my ticket for the season to mate.. because honestly if I had been in my seat and a Chelsea fan was in my dad's seat I know I would have gone absolutely mental and I can guarantee I would be banned now..I can see what the club are trying to do.
Stop season ticket holders not using the ticket and having empty seats..fair enough..but an easier way would be lower the fucking price so normal working class fans can afford go ..it's not north Korea
