Protests against prorogation of Parliament

Your very first fucking post to mine, which was one of genuine concern for my career, called all remainers selfish and money greedy.

Don’t try and claim you were polite.

Your last paragraph confirms exactly who you are and you even got a like off the biggest **** on the forum so well done.
I just liked the post too. Please may I be considered as a late entry for the biggest **** on the forum?

Ok, got it!

You still can’t get over the selfish remark, can you? I generalised and I stand by that - most of the Remainers I’ve come across in my day to day life have been selfish, in my opinion. I didn’t say that to be offensive, I said it because the adjective selfish accurately describes the majority of Remainers I’ve come into contact with. I’m sorry you’ve taken exception to that.

You retorted by calling me a prick. +10 internet points, I guarantee you would not have said it to my face.

Another generalisation I’m happy to make is that Remainers absolutely cannot stand or discuss an opinion that differs from theirs. They just cannot have it. There are very few exceptions to this. Again, this is my opinion and you’re welcome to have a differing opinion. I don’t dislike you for it, I respect your opinion even if it isn’t the same as mine. Resorting to calling someone a prick when they say something you don’t like or something that isn’t reflective of your own opinion might work in the office, but it makes you look a bit daft on here.

Finally, what generally goes down badly on this forum is anyone showing support for leave, which is why the silent majority remain the silent majority and part of the reason why Brexit was voted for by 17.4 million people in the first place.

Good luck with your career, I hope it all works out for you no matter what happens with Brexit.
Oh you have indeed learned quickly

I’ve heard calls all week of a democratic uprising and barely anyone turned up - Very lacklustre protests. The biggest one I saw in Manchester wasn’t even about brexit.

well thus far compared with your examples there's no confrontations with baton wielding cops over fences being pushed at them - haven't seen any of them drinking from cans of beer - so yeah far more civilised than say a Yaxley -Lennon rally
Yaxley Lennon is a prize arsehole but you either missed deliberately or didn't understand the valid point Mr Swiss Cheese was making

So if the media are trying to turn the public against a set of people, why do they do it for protests from all political stances?
Different sections of the media choose different subjects. That is why I put up that video, its from Press TV and they wanted to highlight the moron element in the EDL, just as say Fox news would want to highlight the moron element in ANTIFA.

They are all selective and they all follow their particular political agenda, it is easier to sensationalise a grouping by having an interview with a moron.
