Ok, got it!
You still can’t get over the selfish remark, can you? I generalised and I stand by that - most of the Remainers I’ve come across in my day to day life have been selfish, in my opinion. I didn’t say that to be offensive, I said it because the adjective selfish accurately describes the majority of Remainers I’ve come into contact with. I’m sorry you’ve taken exception to that.
You retorted by calling me a prick. +10 internet points, I guarantee you would not have said it to my face.
Another generalisation I’m happy to make is that Remainers absolutely cannot stand or discuss an opinion that differs from theirs. They just cannot have it. There are very few exceptions to this. Again, this is my opinion and you’re welcome to have a differing opinion. I don’t dislike you for it, I respect your opinion even if it isn’t the same as mine. Resorting to calling someone a prick when they say something you don’t like or something that isn’t reflective of your own opinion might work in the office, but it makes you look a bit daft on here.
Finally, what generally goes down badly on this forum is anyone showing support for leave, which is why the silent majority remain the silent majority and part of the reason why Brexit was voted for by 17.4 million people in the first place.
Good luck with your career, I hope it all works out for you no matter what happens with Brexit.
