They're trying to make the point that people become outraged by something "trivial" but aren't outraged by the climate crisis etc.
That said, surely there's better ways to approach the subject. Ruining a night for the players and spectators who've spent a lot of money on tickets, tavel and hotels etc isn't on.
These protestors have probably racked up more air miles travelling to Yoga retreats in Bali, creating a bigger carbon footprint than most of us. It's hypocritical and condescending to then preach to us.
