If you're based in England, you might have problems with them cancelling the delivery, if it's anywhere else you should be fine.

In another scenario let's say I can go to Paris and then the day before I am struck down with illness and can't travel. Do I come on here and say whoever has the most points and can prove it can have the ticket or do I help a mate out.

The lub could pretty easily set something up with the supporters club where they re-distribute tickets belonging to people who can't attend to a list of people who applied through supporters clubs and were unsuccessful.

But that would require too much effort/common sense from the club, and the ability to empathize with a match going city fan, which they clearly lack.

He's on 12995 points and the money for the home PSG game has gone out of his account but no points yet so he's sweating on tickets still available at 3pm

Out of curiosity, is that the reason why the new policy was introduced?

I can’t find any official announcement, and it certainly wasn’t the main reason why Chelsea changed their policy, (the quotes at the time, all referred to eradicating the racist element)
